Operator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate machine actions with other activities, positioning or moving loads in response to hand or audio signals from crew members

•Ensure that projects are built to requirements and specifications established by construction drawings, building codes, and site superintendents

• Load and move dirt, rocks, equipment, and materials, using excavators, skid-steers, drill rigs or related equipment.

• Monitor operations to ensure that health and safety standards are met

• Manual labor also involved (setting forms, tying rebar)

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years working as an Operator

• Class A license is a plus

• Ability to read project schedules and plans, and has knowledge of building codes

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills required

• Bilingual skills are a plus

Carpenter

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations

Qualifications and Experience:
• 2+ year as a Carpenter (not apprentice)
• Must be willing to learn
• Has own means of transportation and tools
• Ability to read project schedules and plans, and has knowledge of building codes a plus

• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Clean driving record

• Assist Superintendent in running a 4-6 man crew
• Able to motivate and over look crew
• Have bags on 100% of time

• Order materials needed to complete a project
• Ability to communicate with clients and architects when necessary

Qualifications and Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a lead carpenter

• Ability to read project schedules and plans, and has knowledge of building codes
• Clean driving record
• Has own means of transportation and tools
• Basic computer knowledge (email work)

Superintendent

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple projects

• Has the independent responsibility to manage all field activities for projects of varying complexity

• Ability to motivate and supervise a 4-6 man crew

• Ensures the proper performance of all employees in both quality and timeliness of their work

• Thoroughly understand, organize, and maintain all project contract documents

• Order materials needed to complete a project

• Ability to communicate with clients and architects when necessary

• Perform all project start-up and close-out activities

• Bags on for layout purposes

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as Superintendent (foundation to finish)

• Construction management education a plus

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills required

• Bilingual skills are a plus

• Ability to read project schedules and plans, and has knowledge of building codes

• Computer efficient (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Auto Cad a plus

• Clean driving record and has own means of transportation
